In fact, many of us lack movement in one joint and compensate at another which results in pain and joint stress.

There are more efficient methods to stretching and we can show you! Coach Michelle has a background in movement analysis and utilizes a test called the Functional Movement Screen and mobility drills specific to Functional Range Conditioning to test and identify faulty movement patterns.

Each individual is different in that we all have different ways of moving, sleeping, standing, sitting and even favor one side when we text, eat, hold a suitcase and even brush our teeth! This requires a deeper look into what YOU need as an individual to correct compensations and imbalances in your movement patterns!

Don’t waste so much time stretching. A movement screen can identify those specific weaknesses in your movement.
